This charming 1 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment is located just two blocks from ASU's campus and Mill Ave! You are surrounded by all of the hot spots in downtown Tempe and 7 minutes from Phoenix Sky-Harbor Airport. We decorated and furnished your apartment for maximum comfort and enjoyment. It has a full kitchen equipped for making a home-cooked meal, a pull-out couch for additional guests, and a stackable washer/dryer in the unit. You’ll also have 1GB WiFi and a flat-screen TV with Netflix, Disney+, and local channels. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor and steps from the community pool/spa. The community is well-maintained and has easy parking spot access near the unit. The apartment has one covered parking spot for guests just a short distance from the apartment. We do not have neighbors above the apartment, but there are neighbors that share one wall and that are below the unit. We trust you'll love your stay and hope that you truly feel at home.
