All of the common area flooring was upgraded with new laminate and vinyl in 2020.  ​​The kitchen is fully equipped so you can save money by cooking meals.  You also have full use of an attached two-car garage.  As an added bonus, there is a good sized yard for you to play, relax or enjoy Boise's beautiful sunsets.

This home has 2 queen beds in two of the bedrooms, two twin beds in the third and a sofa sleeper with full mattress in the living room. Enjoy apple TV with Netflix, Prime Video, Hulu, ESPN+ and Disney+ all for no additional charge.

**FINAL NOTE: The health and welfare of our guests and staff is of the utmost importance. Therefore, we have enhanced our already stringent sanitation practices between guests.  Specifically, we are performing an extra thorough sanitization of all commonly touched surfaces, such as door knobs, switches and counters.  We are washing all dishes and linens in the hottest possible setting and ensuring good ventilation and air sanitation inside the home as well.**
