This beautiful 2500 square foot home, originally built in 1938 and completely remodeled in 2020 restores the charm of years gone by while providing all of the modern comforts. The main level has stunning dark hardwood floors throughout and boasts an expansive master bedroom, large second bedroom and luxurious full bathroom with antique-style tile floors. The living room/dining room is large and elegant, enabling you to entertain family and friends. The charming kitchen meets the challenge of both form and function, containing everything you need for cooking meals during your stay, including a double oven, oversized fridge/freezer and a breakfast table for 4. The lower level has two additional bedrooms, a second mini-kitchen and the second luxury full bathroom.
We have pulled all of the stops for your downtime in the home. A 55" Panasonic Smart TV is loaded with Netflix, Prime Video, Hulu, ESPN+ and Disney+. In the private back yard, you and your family can relax under the canopy and enjoy the fresh air, immaculate landscaping and North End neighborhood charm.
All of the bedding is high thread count and is selected for maximum comfort. Upstairs, the master bedroom has a king bed and bedroom two upstairs has a queen bed. Downstairs, bedroom three has a queen futon and a queen bed. Bedroom 4 has two twin beds. Since we know that everyone's idea of a comfortable bed is different, we have intentionally provided beds of varying softness or firmness throughout the home so you and your party can each find the perfect bed for the perfect's night sleep.
The home was designed for function all as one or can essentially be two separate homes. The downstairs, with its own thermostat zone and mini-kitchen, can be securely locked off from the upstairs or left open as one large home. This configuration enables 2 distinct families or groups to maximize privacy and yet remain in one location.
**Final Note: The health and welfare of our guests and staff is of the utmost importance. Therefore, we have enhanced our already stringent sanitation practices between guests. Specifically, we are performing an extra thorough sanitization of all commonly touched surfaces, such as door knobs, switches and counters. We are washing all dishes and linens in the hottest possible setting and ensuring good ventilation and air sanitation inside the home as well.**
