We have included a large smart TV with free access to Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu, ESPN+ and Disney+ and blazing fast 1GB fiber internet connection.  The AC is also brand new.  The dining, kitchen and living area boast an open concept that is tastefully designed, furnished and decorated for maximum relaxing and entertaining.  The kitchen has quartz counters and stainless steel appliances and is fully stocked with utensils and spices so you can save money by preparing meals at home.

The new beds & high thread count sheets are of the best quality and selected with your comfort in mind. While you have completely private access and exclusive use of the main house, there is another tenant living in the attached casita (guest house). You also have access to the shared backyard and a laundry room with coin-operated washer and dryer that is shared with the other apartment on the same property.
