Welcome to Malibu Beach House, where laid-back surf style meets a backyard full of family fun in sunny Tempe. With four renovated bedrooms, two bathrooms, and room for up to 12 guests, this beach-inspired home pairs comfortable interiors with an unforgettable private splash pad and pool oasis.

The star of the backyard is our custom interactive splash pad: an 8-by-8-foot chessboard with 23 water jets and five button-activated games. Music, playful spoken instructions, and unpredictable sprays turn every round into a new adventure. Try your luck at Surf Roulette, play Splash-Pad Musical Squares, challenge someone to oversized Splashy Speed Chess, or gather everyone for the Family Photo Splashy Dance Party. All five games are included free with your stay.

Beyond the splash pad, your family can swim in the sparkling pebble-finish pool, stretch out on poolside sun loungers, or relax under the covered patio while dinner cooks on the BBQ. The spacious, fenced backyard is exclusively yours.

Inside, little ones can let their imaginations run wild in the Surf Shack, a beach-themed play space with a miniature kitchen and toys. Kids can also decorate their own wooden surfboard to take home—a personal souvenir with supplies included. When it’s time for a cool treat, the fully stocked kitchen includes a snow cone machine, syrups, and cones.

After a day of fun, settle into thoughtfully decorated rooms, comfortable furnishings, and relaxed beach-house style.

Please note: the pool is unheated and requires close adult supervision. A separately occupied studio shares the driveway but has no access to your private backyard or its amenities. An exterior Ring camera is located at the front door.
